Jessica Lane brings a unique blend of education, entertainment, marketing, and operations experience shaped by an international career spanning Australia and the United States. Originally from Perth, Western Australia, she has built her career around helping people connect, grow, and succeed through engaging communication and meaningful experiences.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performing Arts and enjoyed a professional performance career from Australia to New York and Las Vegas. She also earned a Post Graduate Degree in Secondary Education, with a focus on behavior and learning styles, giving her a strong foundation in how people learn, communicate, and respond.

With more than eight years at BlitzMasters, Jessica has helped professionals sharpen communication skills, build confidence, and create stronger business opportunities through engaging training experiences.

Today, Jessica also serves as Operations and Marketing Director for Steamboat Symphony Orchestra, where she leads marketing strategy, organizational operations, audience engagement, and event execution. She previously served as Interim Executive Director, helping guide the organization through a key leadership transition while supporting its continued growth and community impact.

Whether coaching professionals, building brands, managing large-scale initiatives, or creating memorable experiences, Jessica is passionate about elevating those around her and turning ideas into momentum.

When she is not driving results and keeping plates spinning, Jess is busy keeping up with four kids in Colorado and taking in the outdoors whenever possible.
