Katy has been bringing her energy and creativity to BlitzMasters since 2003. As "the BOM" (Blitz Operations Manager), Katy provides administrative support to the BlitzMasters and works alongside Andrea Sittig-Rolf at trade events. She has a Psychology degree and has worked for more than 25 years in the sales and marketing arena.

Katy lives in Palm Desert and has two grown children, a daughter and a son. In her spare time she enjoys, reading, singing, and walking in the southern California sunshine.

Terri Dunevant brings over 25 years of diverse experience to the training and speaking industry. Her unique insight comes from her multi-faceted background, which includes a successful career as a business-to-business Account Manager in audio advertising, and sweeping awards as a Senior Advertising Consultant. She has achieved her Distinguished Toastmaster Award, the highest obtainable recognition internationally for both public speaking and leadership. As an author and keynote speaker, she motivates people to step up and be leaders. Terri's bold motivational attitude began when she was one of the original Seattle Seahawks "SeaGals", and it remains conspicuously evident as she speaks to standing room only crowds.

Karen Cooley combines her passion for sales management with an extensive background in educational training and coaching. Her energy and enthusiasm for professional development results in a dynamic and engaging presentation style. Karen has a Master's Degree in Education and over fifteen years of training experience.

Carl's great sense of humor and his ability to simplify even the most tedious concepts make him an outstanding communicator, trainer, and leader. For over 25 years he has inspired teams around the world to achieve challenging goals; and during his 17+ year career at Microsoft as a salesperson, Sales Director and General Manager, he was known especially for his ability to build, coach, and motivate great teams. His broad experience ranging from leading worldwide sales teams at Microsoft to VP of Business Development for an SaaS startup makes the role of BlitzMaster a perfect fit.
